Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

I love that verse above, helps make random-ness something to be looking foward to.

Today I woke up and for some strange reason, thought I could leave the house at 9 so that i'll be on time for school (Trip takes 1hr). Standing at the bus stop, I looked at the time and paused for a moment. Class on monday starts at 9 right? I freaked out. As fast as I can, my eyes gave up on scanning for 154 and instead, a cab. Nice way to start off the 7% GST, with a cab ride.

Me: Uncle, Ngee Ann Poly
Uncle: Zai Tampanies arr? (At Tampanies issit?)
WTF?

The whole trip cost $10.60, 60 cents mainly due to the driver aimlessly driving around Jurong trying to figure out which road to take. In the end I directed him from Jurong, PIE and finally Bukit Timah Road.

Oh well, I was 23 mins late. (8 mins, if not counting the 15 mins grace period) Can't say its not my fault. Im still in holiday mood.
